We are a group of entrepreneurial spirited, forward thinking fisherman, farmers and foresters combining our knowledge, assets & resources to expand the Downeast Maine Economy, by creating value and opportunities where Tides Meet Tillage. Our enhanced offerings, Grow Maine in the right Direction.

Created in 2009 to spearhead the redevelopment of the former Cutler Navy Base, Bold COast Ecopark has morphed into the entity spearheading the "Where Tides Meet Tillage" Project.

Our Products...

Where TIdes Meet TIllage collaborators currently offer in season fresh harvested Seafood, farmed Vegetables, Fruits, and value added forest products.

Our collaborators are always evolving to increase their offering capacities. All members have committed to developing a Commercial Kitchen and Copak facility to process and store that increased production capacity. And so the Bold Coast Cookery was born.

The Cookery will give those food producing members the resources and assets needed to process and store those value added offerings.

Bold Coast Cookery

The Cookery will be located at the former A2Z Variety here in Cutler. The former food establishment that closed at the onset of the Pandemic will be converted from a convenience store to a Shared-Use commercial Kitchen and Co-pak facility with dry, cold and Frozen Storage space for fresh and processed Food Products.

The Cookery will be equipped with processing equipment, stoves, presses, adequate sanitary facilities and handling equipment to primarily serve small food growers.
